PAC AT A GLANCE
We are a parent-led volunteer group that supports and enhances student learning. We strive to strengthen the role and participation of school families while building our community. We support the school's mission statement:
"École Van Belleghem is a collaborative learning community committed to providing a challenging and caring academic environment in both French and English languages."

GETTING INVOLVED WITH PAC
How to get involved
• Check out a PAC meeting! We meet on the first Wednesday of the month from October to June at 6:30PM in the school library. Come and join to learn how PAC supports the school, and to stay up-to-date on our upcoming initiatives. We'd love to hear your feedback and ideas. All are welcome!
• Volunteer with us! You don't have to be a PAC member to volunteer. We always have initiatives on the go and would appreciate any help. Reach out to us at evbpac@gmail.com to find out more.
Do we need your help?
Yes, absolutely! We have many projects, fundraisers and special initiatives going on all the time. Volunteers keep our current initiatives alive, and increase our capacity to do even more for our school! Your children will benefit, as well as the school community as a whole. Everyone has special skills and knowledge, and can contribute in a meaningful way. Any amount of help is greatly appreciated!
We need help with:
• Hot lunch days to organize the food and hand it out to students
• Delivery days for our Peak of the Market fundraiser in early October and our Glenlea plant fundraisers in early December and May
• School bbqs in September and June; help with cooking the food, selling 50/50, set-up and clean-up
• And many other fun and important opportunities!
"Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success."

School Parent Handbook
Questions about where to park at school? What to do if your child will be absent? Lunch restrictions? The school has put together a very comprehensive Handbook that will answer these questions and many more. A must read!
